About the role:
We move quickly and produce high‑quality visual assets across multiple channels. We’re looking for a graphic designer for our U.S branch who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, delivers pixel‑perfect work, and brings a creative mind that can help shape and elevate our brand.

What You’ll Do

- Create high‑quality graphics for digital, print, and social media
- Design marketing materials, one‑pagers, ads, and branded assets
- Translate rough ideas or loose direction into polished, professional visuals
- Contribute creative concepts and new ideas for expressing our products and brand
- Help evolve and strengthen our visual identity across all touchpoints
- Work within brand guidelines while elevating the overall aesthetic
- Turn around revisions quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Prepare final files for print and digital delivery

- Expert proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and also help evolve them
- Excellent communication and ability to take feedback
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and production‑level precision

- Social media graphics (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

- Branded one‑pagers and sales sheets
- Event flyers and promotional materials
- Website graphics and banners
- Email headers and visual assets

Portfolio Required

Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing:

- At least 5 examples of polished, professional design work
- At least 2 examples demonstrating fast turnaround
- Work created in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva
- Any brand‑development or concept‑driven pieces (if available)

Skills Test (Required)

Shortlisted candidates will complete a small paid project to demonstrate speed, accuracy, creativity, and design quality.

The project will include:

- Creating a branded one‑pager from provided copy + assets
- Designing 1 social graphic in different aspect ratios
- Presenting one creative concept for how to visually express one of our products
- Delivering final files in both editable and export formats in high-resolution and low-resolution file formats that maintain digital visual quality
