- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any project challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Robust knowledge of application design patterns and best practices in software development.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
