Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to oversee, maintain, and support our company's computing infrastructure, internal networks, and software environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring system availability, data security, network efficiency, and end-user support across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & Infrastructure Administration

- Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Administer corporate software suites, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS).
- Oversee data backup routines, disaster recovery procedures, and system restore testing.
- Perform routine software upgrades, system updates, and security patching.

Network & Security Management

- Manage local network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connections.




- Deploy and enforce IT security policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control.
- Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including Active Directory / Entra ID, single sign-on (SSO), and account onboarding/offboarding.
- Monitor logs and systems for unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, or potential security breaches.

Support & Operations

- Manage the IT ticketing queue, diagnosing and resolving escalated technical issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide tier 1–2 technical support to in office and remote employees.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, license allocations, and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
