Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Native)
- Drive high-intent lead generation for live trading accounts
- Build and manage conversion funnels (Landing Pages KYC Deposit)
- Optimize CPL, CPA, and deposit conversion rates
- Develop ad creatives and messaging aligned with financial compliance standards
- Manage and scale budgets efficiently across different geographies
- Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality and retention
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
- Test recent angles, hooks, and offers (e.g., gold/oil trends, market volatility campaigns)

Requirements

- Proven experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services marketing (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of:
- Trader acquisition funnels
- Demo KYC Deposit conversion optimization
- High-quality lead generation (not volume-based spam leads)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads (advanced level)
- Tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixels, conversion APIs)




- Experience working with regulated entities or compliance-heavy environments
- Ability to create high-converting ad copy and campaign angles
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI
