Position: - Jr. Technical/Application Support Engineer

Job type: - Full time (Rotational shift)

Experience - Fresher

Working days - 5 days

Job Location – Thane (West)

Education - B.Sc. (CS, IT) + MCA, B.E. Computer Science or Information Technology

Key Skills :- Good SQL concepts, System and networking concepts, Call support, valuable communication skills, Rotational Shift based job, Onside opportunity.

- Key requirements:
- Willing to work in rotating shift 24 / 7
- Basic Knowledge of SQL(preferably MSSQL and MySQL) and .NET, Java, JDBC will be an advantage.
- Coding, Debugging and Unit Testing.
- Should have fair knowledge of SQL concepts and writing SQL queries, procedures.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving software issues.
- Good networking skills with systems knowledge.
- Basic ideas of networking and general software products handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good technical, analytical and logical skills.
- Willing to travel international and domestic locations to support product implementation.




- Self-learner and result oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time (Rotational shift)

Job Roll Detail: -

- Active monitoring of Production and Test setup for multiple project
- Report production issues to development team and add in to the track
- Build deployment on Test and Production setup as per requirement
- Application & Hardware testing
- Customer support on email, Skype and phone
- Troubleshooting the customer issues and resolved (Application, Network and system)
- Take new requirement and add in to the track
- Rotational shift (24/7)
- As and when required need travel international and domestic locations to support product implementation.
- Co-ordination between development team, QA team, Systems team and customer
