About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary .NET Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the application architecture, selecting the right tools and technologies, and guiding development teams in implementing robust .NET solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with both technical and business goals. As a key technical leader, you will drive innovation, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams on modern .NET development paradigms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, patterns, and technical roadmaps.
- Guide teams in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
- Lead technical design discussions and review system architecture, code, and infrastructure.




- Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases, external APIs, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with product and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to improve development efficiency.
- Drive technical excellence through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and training.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in enterprise applications.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework/Core.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as microservices, layered architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2/OpenID, and authentication/authorization best practices.
- Proficient in front-end integration with Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
- Solid experience with SQL Server and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
- Experience with legacy modernization, cloud-native architecture, and hybrid systems.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs is a plus.
