** We are looking for an experienced *Production Supervisor* with a background in the Women Fashion Garments.

Industry Type: Textiles, Fashion and Apparels

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete production cycle from Sampling to Bulk Production for Women Fashion Garments

* Coordinate with Tailors, Embroidery units, Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing Vendors to ensure smooth production.

* Plan production schedules and monitor timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.

* Oversee quality control at every stage of production and resolve production-related issues.

* Optimize production costs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

*Requirements:

* 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Apparel Units





* Solid knowledge of Fabrics, Embroidery (hand & machine), Dyeing, Printing, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Garment Production processes.

* Experience in handling production teams and vendors

* Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel locally for vendor and production unit coordination, if required.

* Can send Production and Quality reports via Email.

* Ability to read Buyer’s Techpack

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
