Job Profile: Accountant (Mumbai)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and audit schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (depending on the role level).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
- Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
