Job Opening: Security Supervisor (Private Members' Club)

We are seeking a professional, highly discreet Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and safeguarding of our exclusive property, high-profile members, and staff.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and mentor the shift security team to maintain a sharp, professional, and welcoming presence at all times.
- Access Control: Oversee strict entry protocols, ensuring only active members, registered guests, and authorized VIPs gain access to the premises.
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular physical sweeps of the property and monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and intrusion systems to identify vulnerabilities.
- Discreet Incident Management: De-escalate potential conflicts or security breaches with absolute discretion, maintaining the club’s calm and prestigious atmosphere.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary first responder and coordinator during medical emergencies, fire alarms, or evacuation procedures.
- Event Safeguarding: Coordinate closely with the Events team to provide enhanced security and crowd management during high-profile member events and private takeovers.
- VIP Protection: Provide tailored,



low-profile safety oversight for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), celebrities, and dignitaries visiting the club.
- Compliance & Logs: Maintain flawless daily shift logs, incident reports, and compliance records for local licensing and health & safety audits.
- Experience Required: 3–5 years of security experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, private club, or high-end corporate environment.
- Certifications: Must hold valid security licensing (e.g., SIA license or equivalent local regulatory certification) and up-to-date First Aid / CPR certification.
