Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for high school students.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.




- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.

Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students through creative teaching practices.
