Warehouse Stock Manager - Bhiwandi

Level: Junior–Mid | 2–4 years

Working Days: Variable, 2–3 days/week — days when stock arrives or dispatches to fulfilment centre/marketplaces

About the Role

You'll manage stock movement at Bird Eye's Bhiwandi warehouse, a satellite storage location, not the main fulfilment hub. Your job is to show up on the specific days stock is received or dispatched, making sure everything is counted, recorded and coordinated correctly, and keeping a clean, reliable record of what's sitting in that warehouse at all times.

You'll work with the Operations Manager on receiving and dispatch schedules, and you're expected to be comfortable with Excel and basic computer systems to maintain accurate stock records without needing hand-holding.

What You'll Do

- Be present at the Bhiwandi warehouse on days stock is received or dispatched — typically 2–3 times a week, coordinated in advance with the Operations Manager
- Verify incoming stock against invoices/delivery challans, count, check for damage, and confirm SKU, size and quantity accuracy before accepting
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date stock register in Excel, every inward and outward movement logged the same day
- Coordinate outbound stock dispatch to Bird Eye's fulfilment centre and third-party marketplace warehouses,



ensuring correct quantities and documentation
- Communicate directly with the Operations Manager on receiving and dispatch particulars, flag discrepancies, delays or damaged stock immediately
- Keep the warehouse organised enough that stock can be located and counted quickly on any given visit
- Support periodic stock counts/reconciliation as requested

Must Have

- 2–4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or stock management
- Working knowledge of Excel, SUM/lookup-level comfort, not just data entry
- Comfortable being the sole person accountable for stock accuracy at a satellite location with minimal supervision
- Reliable and reachable, this role runs on trust
- Lives within reasonable commute of Bhiwandi

Nice to Have

- Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket or similar D2C/e-commerce systems
- Prior experience managing a warehouse independently or with minimal oversight
- Basic understanding of apparel size/colour variant handling
