Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hardware and software support, network administration, desktop troubleshooting, and security maintenance to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & Desktop Support:

Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.

Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and routine maintenance.

Provide daily technical support to employees for desktop systems, OS, and peripheral devices.

Software & Technical Support:

Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/Mac/Linux) and enterprise software applications.

Perform multimedia testing and support multimedia equipment (AV gear, display systems, etc.).

Networking & Security:

Configure, monitor, and maintain local area networks (LAN/WAN) and office network infrastructure.





Install and manage CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network configurations.

Implement and maintain basic information security practices, data backup, and access controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years in an IT Support / IT Executive / Desktop Support role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on expertise in Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of Desktop Support and Laptop/Desktop Repair.

Core understanding of Networking principles (Routers, Switches, IP configurations).

Experience with Camera & DVR Setup / Networking.

Proficiency in basic Information Security protocols.

Knowledge of Multimedia Testing and AV setup.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and customer-oriented service mindset.

Pay: ₹10,667.52 - ₹30,336.41 per month
