Job Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can manage digital marketing, social media, driver/trucker communication, company outreach, and on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ReeRoute's social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
- Create and manage communication content for drivers, truck owners, and transporters.
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct company outreach and identify potential business partnerships and opportunities.
- Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and campaigns.
- Develop marketing materials, posts, creatives, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Assist in organizing events, field activities,



and other promotional initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across digital and offline channels.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of ATL/BTL marketing activities.
- Ability to create engaging communication for drivers, truckers, and transporters.
- Robust coordination and execution skills.
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, mobility, or startup companies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
