Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and disciplined Security Officer / Office Boy to manage office security, assist with front desk activities and provide general office support. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-mannered and capable of handling day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and interview candidates.
- Maintain the visitor register and movement logs accurately.
- Welcome and guide interview candidates to the HR department.
- Open and close the office as per company schedule.
- Monitor the reception area and ensure office safety and security.
- Perform outdoor duties such as bank-related work, document collection, and other office errands as required.
- Assist with general office support and administrative tasks.




- Ensure cleanliness and discipline around the reception and office entrance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Responsible, honest, punctual, and disciplined.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience as a Security Officer, Office Boy, or in a similar support role will be preferred.

Experience

- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office Boy / Office Support: 1 year (Preferred)
