- Location Constraint: We are looking for candidates residing in Delhi-NCR, Gurgaon, Bhiwadi, or nearby areas ONLY. Candidates from other states/distant locations will not be considered.
- Interview Type: Strictly In-Person Interview. No virtual/telephonic final rounds. You must be able to travel for a face-to-face interview.
- Travel: Must be comfortable traveling/working between our MG Road Head Office (Delhi-NCR) and Bhiwadi Plant (Rajasthan).

Job Description:

JPL Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for a sharp, hands-on R&D; Lead to build and own our product formulations — and help us decide what to buy, test, and scale next.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You'll be at the bench developing formulas and steering our R&D; direction: sourcing raw materials, recommending lab equipment, running trials, and turning ideas into products that ship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimise formulations for paints, cements, plasters, and allied construction chemicals.
- Run lab trials, document results, and troubleshoot product/quality issues.
- Advise on lab equipment, instruments,



and raw material purchases — and help set up our testing capability.
- Work between our MG Road head office and our Bhiwadi plant to take products from lab to production.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Paint Technology (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Experience: Proven experience formulating in the paint, cement, plaster, or construction-chemicals industry.
- Language: Fluent in both Hindi and English (essential for interacting with both the lab team and the shop floor).
- Traits: Genuinely smart, self-driven, and a proactive problem-solver. Comfortable being both the brain and the hands of our R&D.;

Benefits & Compensation:

- Salary: ₹60,000.00 /month (Negotiable based on experience).
- Chance to lead and build an R&D; setup from scratch.
