Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our resort. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior hospitality management role and possess strong leadership, operational, and guest service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and profitability.
- Monitor daily revenue, occupancy, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated complaints promptly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for smooth resort operations.




- Plan promotional activities and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to increase occupancy.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and business performance reviews.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or MBA in Hospitality Management.
- Experience: 2–5 years as a General Manager, Resort Manager, or Operations Manager in a hotel or resort.
- Robust knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
