Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and skilled English Communication & Softskill Trainer to provide high-quality coaching for students preparing overseas education . The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging online sessions, improving students' English language skills, and helping them achieve their target

Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging training sessions on communication, presentation skills, teamwork
- Ability to conduct both online and offline classes
- Evaluate student communication tasks, and improvement areas
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and learning engagement
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to teach communication
- Passion for helping students achieve their language goals

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English,



Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in training, soft skills, communication
- 2–3 years of relevant training experience
- IELTS certification with a high band score is preferred.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.

Experience:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IELTS training or English language teaching.
- Experience in conducting online classes using virtual platforms is preferred.
