Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Placement Officer to manage corporate relations and placement activities for students. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a training institute, educational institute, or skill development organization, with a proven track record of successfully placing students and developing strong employer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and hiring managers.
- Generate placement opportunities for students across various industries.
- Coordinate placement drives, campus recruitment, walk-ins, and virtual interviews.
- Liaise with employers to understand hiring requirements and match suitable student profiles.
- Conduct placement readiness activities, including resume building, mock interviews, and career guidance.
- Track interview schedules, feedback, offers, and student joining status.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure students are job-ready.
- Organize guest lectures, employer connect sessions, and placement events.
- Achieve monthly placement targets and continuously expand the employer network.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Placement Officer in a Training Institute, Educational Institute, Skill Development Centre, or EdTech organization is mandatory.
- Experience in corporate relations, campus placements, or recruitment coordination.




- Robust network with HR professionals and corporate hiring teams will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and placement tracking tools.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Training Institute experience is mandatory)
Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
