Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: MBA / MSW / Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer roll-out and onboarding.
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication (Mandatory).
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
