- Student attendance above 90%.
- 100% syllabus completion on time.
- Student practical & certification pass rate above 90%.
- Student feedback score above 4.5/5.
- Maintain classroom hygiene and SOP compliance.
- Timely completion of assessments and academic records.
- Conduct demos, workshops, and admission support.
- Support student placements and internships.
- Upsell and upgrade students to advanced courses as per academy targets.
- Ensure product and equipment care with minimum wastage.
- Participate in marketing activities and academy events.
- Continuous learning and implementation of recent beauty and skincare trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
