Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser who can manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from design coordination to production, costing, and final delivery. The candidate will work closely with designers, karigars, vendors, and the sales team to ensure timely execution, quality control, and profitability of each product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with designers to understand current collections and convert designs into production-ready products
- Handle fabric sourcing, trims, embroidery vendors, and job work management
- Prepare product costing and pricing strategy as per brand positioning
- Plan and monitor production timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Manage sampling, approvals, and bulk production execution




- Maintain quality control at every stage (fabric, embroidery, stitching, finishing)
- Handle order management for B2B and retail clients
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product tracking
- Coordinate with karigars, tailors, and production units for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, costing sheets, and production status
- Work on improving margins and reducing wastage
- Coordinate with sales team for demand planning and fast-moving designs

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,193.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
