Job Overview

We are looking for Polish Language Process Associates to support customers through voice, chat, and email channels. This is a remote opportunity for candidates located anywhere in India who have strong Polish language proficiency and good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions in Polish through voice, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally.
- Maintain service quality and meet defined performance standards.
- Document customer interactions as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Polish language proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in customer service, BPO, or customer support is preferred.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
