Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer to join our MEP consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, calculation, coordination, and preparation of HVAC system drawings and documentation for commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP consulting and be familiar with relevant international codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design HVAC systems including air conditioning, ventilation, smoke extraction, and pressurization systems.
- Perform cooling and heating load calculations using industry-standard software.
- Prepare HVAC design calculations, reports, specifications, and BOQs.
- Develop duct layouts, piping layouts, equipment selection, and schematic drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC services with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and technical submittals submitted by contractors.
- Attend client meetings, design review meetings, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related design issues.




- Prepare tender drawings and construction documentation.
- Participate in value engineering and design optimization to improve project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in HVAC design within an MEP Consultancy.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and engineering principles.
- Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP (Preferred)
- HAP or equivalent HVAC load calculation software
- MS Office
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, NBC, IS Codes, SMACNA, and relevant international standards
- Basic knowledge of BIM coordination is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in MEP Consultancy is mandatory.

- Familiarity with BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
