Flymedia technology is looking for a Human Resource intern in Ludhiana. We’re hiring enthusiastic freshers to support HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. Gain hands-on experience and build your future in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
- Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documents.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
