Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive (Incharge) to manage daily showroom operations and drive sales in our silver jewellery store. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product display, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations
- Drive sales and achieve individual as well as showroom targets
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of silver Jewellery as per company standards
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling (if required)
- Maintain stock levels, coordinate for stock replenishment,



and assist in stock audits
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Supervise and guide junior sales staff (if any)
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and overall upkeep of the showroom
- Stay updated with current Jewellery trends and product knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
