About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Associate to drive user engagement and adoption of the OneAndro App. The role involves supporting users, conducting training sessions, and ensuring active platform usage among employees and channel partners.

Principal Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Handle queries from employees, agents, and partners related to the OneAndro App.
- Conduct daily webinars and training sessions for users.
- Drive app activation, engagement, and retention.
- Follow up with inactive users and encourage platform adoption.
- Promote new app features, campaigns, and business opportunities.
- Gather user feedback and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.




- Maintain activity reports and user engagement data.

Job Requirements

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and conducting online training sessions.
