Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a sales team, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance for improvement
- Support team members in handling client interactions and closing deals
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure proper follow-ups on leads and maintain CRM updates
- Assist in training recent team members and improving sales processes

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C preferred)
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage targets and work in a performance-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
