Sparsh CCTV develops integrated surveillance systems across hardware, software, and AI, with strong in-house R&D; and quality processes.

This role sits within the quality assurance function, ensuring products meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards before deployment.

You will work closely with R&D; and engineering teams to test, validate, and improve products in controlled and real-world scenarios.

What you’ll work on

Product Testing & Inspection

Perform quality checks and inspections as per defined standards

Validation & Verification

Assist in functional testing and validation of products

Defect Identification

Identify issues and report inconsistencies to R&D; teams

Documentation

Maintain detailed testing records and technical reports

Quality Process Support

Assist in implementing quality control procedures and improvements

Who this role is for





- - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field

- - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

- - Basic understanding of electronics and product testing

- - Familiarity with quality assurance principles

- - Strong observation, documentation, and analytical skills

- - Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

- - Quality or technical certifications are a plus
