Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo ERP modules, preparing functional documentation, conducting user training, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Analyze business needs and recommend suitable Odoo ERP solutions.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and user manuals.
- Coordinate with the development team for customization and recent feature implementation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Assist in ERP implementation, migration, and process optimization.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules such as:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- CRM
- Accounting




- Manufacturing (preferred)
- HR & Payroll (preferred)
- Excellent business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.
- Experience in multiple Odoo implementation projects is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic Python concepts is a plus (not mandatory).
