DS-MAX is hiring for CCTV Monitoring Executive to monitor CCTV systems for operational efficiency, process compliance, and quality assurance. The role involves observing live and recorded footage to identify operational deviations, process violations, service gaps, and compliance issues across business locations. This position is not related to physical security or guarding services.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure adherence to operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process deviations, service delays, operational inefficiencies, and policy non-compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports with observations and recommendations.
- Maintain logs of incidents, operational exceptions, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, HR, and other internal departments for issue resolution and follow-up.
- Conduct video audits to support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.




- Escalate critical operational issues to the concerned stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of surveillance data.
- Support internal investigations related to operational discrepancies, customer service issues, or policy violations.
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly by reporting technical issues to the IT or maintenance team.

Required Skills

- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring software and video management systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
