Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services to support warehouse, transportation, and logistics platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side processes for improved efficiency.
- Integrate third-party APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud-based services as required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects to ensure application reliability and availability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment processes.
- Strengthen application security, ensure data integrity, and comply with the organization's development standards and guidelines.
- Support software deployment, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development, preferably in enterprise software or logistics technology environments.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified:



Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft .NET Certification, Azure Fundamentals, or other relevant software development certifications.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC architecture
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
- Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend integration
- Proficiency with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization practices
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and Scrum development environments

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

This is a full-time, in office role based at AWL India's Delhi office within the IT department. The selected candidate will contribute to building technology solutions that streamline warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations across the organization. Training on AWL India's development practices and business systems will be provided, with opportunities for career growth into senior technical and solution architecture roles.
