We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) to expand our presence and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, chemists, and stockists within the assigned territory.
- Promote company products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness among healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new prescribing doctors and pharmacies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, prescription goals, and territory growth objectives.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and retailers to ensure product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Monthly Tour Plans (MTP), and other sales reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
- Participate in CMEs, medical camps, product launches, promotional activities, and awareness programs.




- Represent LA MED INDIA professionally while following company policies and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
- Passion for sales, business development, and field work.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Eligibility

- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or any Graduate.
- Freshers and are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative roles, healthcare sales, FMCG sales, or field sales will be preferred.
