Job Responibilites

- To plan, supervise, and control all welding operations within the plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
- To allocate work to welders and supporting staff in accordance with their skill levels and production priorities.
- To ensure that welding procedures, parameters, and materials conform to approved standards and customer specifications.
- To coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth workflow and timely delivery of welded components.
- To monitor performance, efficiency, and discipline of welders and helpers working under his supervision and take corrective measures wherever necessary.
- To ensure proper upkeep, calibration,



and preventive maintenance of all welding machines, jigs, fixtures, and related tools.
- To maintain records of production output, material consumption, rework, and wastage, and report deviations to the Plant Head/Production Manager.
- To implement and enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and positive housekeeping practices in the weld shop area.
- To train and guide welding staff in advanced welding techniques, defect prevention, and process improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
