We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales & Operations Intern who enjoys interacting with people and building relationships. The role primarily involves communicating with prospective students and professionals, scheduling meetings, supporting business outreach, and promoting our courses and learning programs. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales, client communication, and business operations in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients, students, and partners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm meeting availability and attendance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication before and after meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through regular communication.
- Contact leads provided by the company through outbound calls.
- Explain our courses, certifications, workshops,
and learning programs to prospective students.
- Understand the learner's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Invite and encourage prospective students to attend webinars, workshops, and counseling sessions organized by the institute.
- Follow up with interested candidates until they attend the event or complete the admission process.
- Record feedback from prospects and update lead status regularly.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
