Job Overview

Baseline is looking for a Site Execution Engineer – Civil with 5–8 years of experience in industrial and commercial projects. The role involves supervising and executing civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of RCC, structural steel, foundations, masonry, flooring, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Review civil and structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor activities.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design and planning teams.
- Verify work measurements and support contractor billing and quantity reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, construction specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with MEP and other engineering disciplines for smooth project execution.




- Support project testing, inspections, snagging, and final handover activities.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil site execution.
- Experience in industrial and commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural steel, foundations, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and project execution.
- Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, construction safety practices, and statutory requirements.
- Good leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
