Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations in coordination with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
- Analyze customer requirements, drawings, and specifications before quotation submission.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotation clarifications, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Follow up on submitted quotations to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure customer commitments are met.




- Support business development initiatives, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in RFQ handling and techno-commercial quotation preparation.
- Robust market analysis and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: From ₹239,785.10 per year
