About the Role:
Diligence Certification is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive Intern to support daily operational activities and coordination. The candidate will gain practical exposure to business operations, documentation, client coordination, and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling daily operational activities and coordination
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow management
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and data tracking
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of activities
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
- BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Sc, and other relevant candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment
