Roles & Responsibilities of a Life Mitra - Identify and approach prospective customers. - Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable plans. - Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance. - Provide after-sales service, including premium reminders and claim support. - Generate leads through referrals and networking. - Achieve assigned business targets while following ethical and regulatory guidelines. Incentive-Based Performance Life Mitras are eligible to earn incentives, bonuses, and recognition based on business performance, including policies sourced, premium collection, business quality, and customer retention, as per the company's incentive policy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,312,329.13 per month
