We are hiring Chat Support Executives to provide customer support through chat. This is a non-voice role where you will assist customers by resolving their queries through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat.
- Resolve customer concerns with accurate and timely responses.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates and Postgraduates can also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Positive computer knowledge.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Willing to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
