Job Summary:

The Placement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining robust industry connections, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring successful employment outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Guide and prepare students for interviews, resume building, and career readiness.
- Track and report placement statistics and outcomes.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams for aligning student skills with industry needs.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure high student satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Proven record in driving placement initiatives.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
