For Cold Storage - Multi Skilled Technician Required

A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is a versatile maintenance professional responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multiple systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC.

Role and Responsibilities

An MST ensures that facilities and equipment operate efficiently by performing routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across various systems.

Key duties include:

- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, mechanical, HVAC.
- Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Conducting preventive maintenance to avoid equipment downtime and costly repairs
- Supervising or coordinating with other technicians and technical staff in larger facilities.




- Documenting maintenance activities, service reports, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

To become an MST, candidates typically need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Solid problem-solving, diagnostic, and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, including emergency response.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
