About the Role

RMC Education, part of the RMC Group of Companies with 26+ years of experience in overseas education consulting, is looking for a Social Media Executive who can drive both SEO and social media growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands search algorithms as well as social platforms, and can turn both into measurable audience growth and leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, keyword performance, and website traffic
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) — content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Build data-driven growth plans with measurable KPIs for audience expansion and lead generation
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Meta Ads Manager; optimize campaigns for ROI
- Maintain a portfolio of successful projects demonstrating traffic growth and engagement results
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content for education and healthcare-related promotions

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO and social media (must have hands-on experience in both)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page/off-page optimization, and social media algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute growth strategies, with a portfolio of results
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Excellent English communication skills; Hindi is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates based in Delhi are ideal for this WFO role
