Experience: 0–5 Years in Hospitality, Lounge, Hotel, Restaurant, or Aviation Catering

INEJ Digital Lounge is seeking a dedicated, service-oriented, and experienced F&B; Assistant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent guest service skills, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to support smooth day-to-day lounge operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests.
- Ensure compliance with lounge service standards and SOPs.
- Assist in supervising daily F&B; operations and service staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor buffet setup, food presentation, and replenishment.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Train and guide junior team members and trainees.
- Support inventory control and stock management activities.




- Prepare operational reports as required by management.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B; service operations.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide team members.
- Positive understanding of food safety and service standards.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
