Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant cum Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day voucher entry in TallyPrime and support our accounts team. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Rajajinagar office.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily voucher entry in TallyPrime — receipts, issues, purchases, sales, and stock journals
- Maintain accurate stock and metal weight records, including issue/receipt entries for karigars and parties
- Enter and verify purchase and sales invoices with supporting documents
- Assist with ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and GST data preparation
- Generate daily and weekly reports (Day Book, outstanding balances, stock summaries)
- Maintain organised physical files for all entries




- Coordinate with the senior accountant and factory manager for verification and approvals

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Tally (TallyPrime preferred)
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
- Sound understanding of basic accounting concepts (ledgers, vouchers, debit/credit)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy — this role involves entering weights and values daily
- Languages: Kannada and Hindi; basic English

Positive to Have

- Prior experience in the jewellery or gold trade (metal weight accounting, karigar records)
- Experience supporting GST filings

Job Details

- Full-time, on-site — Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
- Working days: Monday to Saturday 10AM TO 7PM

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
