Your work profile

Project Planning & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Define project governance, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making.

Team Management

- Lead cross-functional SAP functional and technical teams.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.

Budget & Resource Management

- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure optimal allocation of internal and external resources.





Quality Assurance

- Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies (Activate/ASAP).
- Monitor project deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Oversee testing phases including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live readiness.

Change Management

- Support organizational change management activities.
- Ensure user adoption through training, communication, and documentation.
- Coordinate cutover planning and hypercare support.
- Coordinate activities across SAP modules and third-party integrations.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project issues and drive timely resolution.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership when required.

Reporting

- Prepare project dashboards and executive reports.
- Track KPIs, project health, budget, risks, and milestones.
- Present progress updates to senior leadership.

Key skills required

Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle. 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Experience managing multi-module SAP projects (PS, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM, etc.).

Understanding of SAP integration with external systems.
