Job description

- Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, ongoing training, and professional development.
- Assess the learning needs of nursing staff and design curricula that address those needs effectively.
- Teach and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure that training aligns with hospital goals and patient care standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing best practices, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote continuous learning and skilled growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- A bachelor s degree in Nursing is required; a master s degree or specialization in nursing education is preferred.

Experience : 4 years or more in clinical practice or nursing education.
