Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify issues early, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, usability, integration, and system testing).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.).
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Verify fixes and perform retesting to confirm issue resolution.
- Participate in requirements reviews to ensure test coverage and product quality from the early stages.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing as required.
- Maintain explicit, detailed, and organized testing documentation.




- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and test case management tools.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cypress).
- Basic knowledge of API testing, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
