Job Description

About the Role:

As the Delivery Head, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects within Client Technology. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives with a good understanding of the client's requirements. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, leadership prowess, customer-centric thinking, and deep business analytical expertise.

Responsibility:

- Lead Delivery Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data and AI projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining high quality standards.

- Drive Automation and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process automation, implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency,



and integrate AI-driven tools to streamline delivery workflows.

- Team Growth and Development: Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams, focusing on people's development through coaching, performance management, and skill-building programs to foster a culture of excellence.

- Customer Engagement: Act as a key client interface, demonstrating deep customer savvy to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed objectives.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve key metrics such as project margins, resource utilization, and team productivity; implement strategies to grow the delivery team while enhancing profitability.

- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to align delivery with business goals, incorporating data/AI product thinking to influence roadmap and innovation.

- Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance and security and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles within data, AI, or technology services, with at least 5 years demonstrating strong customer savvy in client-facing environments.





- Proven track record of handling large-scale project deliveries and growing teams, with a focus on improving margins, utilization rates, and overall operational efficiency.

- Strong expertise in data/AI product thinking, including experience with AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, and product lifecycle management.

- Demonstrated success in automation and innovation, such as implementing robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven tools, or efficiency-enhancing technologies.

- Exceptional business analytical skills: structured problem definition, blending deep business acumen to translate complex data into actionable, evidence-based business recommendations and outcomes.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities; the ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative culture.
