1. New Business Development

· Identify and acquire new B2B customers across target industries.

· Develop relationships with OEMs, EPC companies, industrial customers and institutional buyers.

· Build a healthy opportunity pipeline through proactive prospecting.

· Generate sustainable current business revenue.

2. Export Business Development

· Develop export markets and identify distributors/channel partners.

· Participate in trade fairs and buyer-seller meets.

· Coordinate export compliance and logistics requirements.

3. Strategic Market Expansion

· Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.

· Recommend entry strategies for new sectors and geographies.

· Identify new applications for existing products.

4. Lead Generation & Business Prospecting

· The incumbent is personally accountable for creating a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.





· This role is NOT dependent on leads generated by the Digital Marketing team.

· Generate leads independently through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, exhibitions, industry associations, referrals and market intelligence.

· Build relationships with key decision makers and maintain a structured sales funnel.

· Own the complete prospecting process from identification to qualification.

Preferred Experience

· 8–15 years in B2B Sales, Business Development or Export Sales within manufacturing, engineering, metals, aluminium extrusions, electrical products or allied industries. MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
