We are seeking an autonomous Research Analyst to drive top-of-funnel lead generation across non-IT US industries (Construction, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, Finance, Consumer Goods). You will research market hiring trends, source qualified job opportunities, and run targeted cold outreach campaigns to secure client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and initiate contact with qualified non-IT leads daily via email and professional networks. Execute multi-touch follow-up sequences to secure open requisitions and referrals.
- Market Research: Monitor US hiring patterns, business expansions, and industry shifts to target high-demand sectors.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily activity logs and weekly performance reports tracking leads generated, open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics.
- Optimization: Continuously refine messaging and targeting based on campaign reply data.





Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years in lead generation, market research, or talent sourcing focused on non-IT US industries.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email automation platforms, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of US business dynamics and time zones.
- Communication: Explicit, concise written English copywriting skills.

Key Metrics (KPIs)

- Positive responses: Maintain an outreach strategy focused on conversion, aiming for a minimum of 4 positive responses (e.g., direct engagement, open requisition details, or qualified referrals) per daily batch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
